About Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy

Womens pelvic floor health is often overlooked in this country.  They have been told to just accept it because, "it's part of being a woman" and that needs to change!  Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy was created by Leslie Howard, a yoga instructor who had developed pelvic floor issues and wanted to find a way to heal herself.  It is a combination of core, glute, upper leg exercises and yoga poses that are specifically designed to help improve your pelvic floor health.   

Pelvic Floor Yoga is beneficial for:

  • Urinary incontinence
  • Urinary urgency (stress incontinence)
  • Pelvic/vaginal pain
  • Difficulty with bowel movements
