Nova Vita is excited to start offering another 6 series class on strengthening and balancing your glutes and core! These classes will be focusing on discovering your weaker side and strengthening it to achieve balance in your body and most importantly to balance your pelvic floor. The classes will consist of a series of yoga poses, breathing into your pelvic floor, and ends with a time of stretching. Each participant will be given a work sheet to keep track of their progress every week. Please bring a yoga mat. Other props will be provided.

Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy was created by Leslie Howard, a yoga instructor who had developed pelvic floor issues and wanted to find a way to heal herself.
