Nova Vita also provides Postpartum Doula services. 

Jennifer is a certified Postpartum Doula and can come to your home to help parents with all of their household and baby needs.  She is a step above the rest because she is also licensed in many different varieties of bodywork.  She can offer Massage, Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy, Reiki, and Infant Massage Training.  Everything a mom needs to recover from childbirth!
